Dr. Rick Pagan is a nationally respected expert in higher education, workforce development, apprenticeships, and industry alignment. With a doctorate in Educational Leadership, over 25 years in education and training, and senior-level roles across federal, state, and private institutions, Dr. Pagan brings proven experience, strategic vision, and practical solutions to clients.
He has served as an executive leader at a U.S. federal academy, Vice President of a multi-campus community and technical college, and Corporate SVP of a national aviation school. Rick has successfully led multimillion-dollar programs, developed accredited training initiatives, created nationally recognized apprenticeship models, and built partnerships between education, government, and industry.
